Minnesota Farm Bureau Achieves Membership Growth

Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation (MFBF) has achieved a membership growth for 2017 which marks seven consecutive years of membership growth for the organization. This is a significant accomplishment in this difficult economic climate. By working together, Farm Bureau volunteers and staff; and Farm Bureau Financial Services staff and agents were able to achieve this goal.

“Thank you to everyone who helped us to reach our goal of a membership increase. By joining the Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation team, members help us speak with one voice for agriculture,” said MFBF President Kevin Paap. “Whether we speak to elected officials, the media or our children’s classrooms coming together to represent agriculture is essential for rural America.”

Many of the 78 county/regional Farm Bureaus experienced a membership gain. The achievement will be celebrated at the organization’s 99th Annual Meeting to be held November 16-18 in Bloomington at the DoubleTree Hotel.
