Over 110 students from 36 Minnesota counties attended the 2009 Red, White and You Conference sponsored by the Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation with support from the CHS Foundation. The conference for students entering 8th -10th grade was held at Gustavus.

Retail food prices at the supermarket decreased slightly for the third consecutive quarter, according to the latest American Farm Bureau Federation Marketbasket Survey. The informal survey shows the total cost of 16 food items that can be used to prepare.
