DelRay Johnson has been with the Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation since 1990. Johnson is the west central district area program director. He works with leaders in 13 county Farm Bureaus helping them plan and implement effective programs and build membership. DelRay conducts individual and group training for volunteer leadership, county office staff and affiliates.

Prior to joining the organization development team, DelRay worked as a Farm Bureau Insurance career agent in Aitkin for two years. Prior to that he owned and operated a computer business.

DelRay was raised on a small grains farm in northeastern Montana where many of his relatives still live and farm. He is a graduate of North Dakota State School of Science in Wahpeton, North Dakota.

He and his wife, Judy have three children and seven grandchildren. DelRay and Judy raise, breed, and show Appaloosa horses.
