Minnesota Farm Bureau Member Haley Ekstrom, has been selected to take part in 22nd Class of the Farm Bureau Women’s Communication Bootcamp in the Spring of 2025 in Washington D.C.

The Women’s Communications Boot Camp is an intensive training opportunity for any female Farm Bureau member interested in building skills needed to communicate about agriculture and Farm Bureau. 

"I am so excited for the opportunity to network with other Farm Bureau women from across the United States at the AFBF Women's Boot Camp” said Ekstrom. “I think these programs are exactly what women need to give them the skills and confidence to succeed in Agriculture. I'm so excited to see how it makes me a better member and leader for my own community."


To date, 313 women have graduated from the program. These skilled alumni provide Farm Bureau with a passionate and persuasive group of advocates who connect with influencers on the local, state and national levels.
