The Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation (MFBF) welcomed a variety of urban farmers and organizations at its second annual Urban Ag Conference on Saturday, February 22 at St. Paul College.

Attendees had the opportunity to connect in a variety of ways on the issues and opportunities facing agriculture in an urban setting, including knowledge sharing and networking tables, panel discussions and informational tables with national and state agencies and other organizations.  

Participants also heard from state leaders Lt. Governor Peggy Flanagan, Sen. Aric Putnam, Department of Agriculture (MDA) Assistant Commissioner Patrice Bailey, and MFBF President Dan Glessing.
