Megan's Homemade Fudge

Fudge
¾ cup butter
3 cups sugar
? cup evaporated milk
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 7oz marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla
Lightly grease and paper 9x9 pan
Mix butter, sugar, and milk in a saucepan
Bring to full boil on medium heat
Boil until candy thermometer reaches 228-229F
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until fully melted
Stir in marshmallow cream and vanilla until fully incorporated
Quickly pour into the prepared pan
Cool to room temperature
Turn out the pan and cut into small squares
