We are honored to welcome Ted Matthews, recently retired Director of Minnesota Rural Mental Health. Ted brings more than 30 years of experience counseling individuals and families in rural communities and has been a strong advocate for addressing mental health challenges in agriculture and rural Minnesota.

Join us as we watch the first episode of this meaningful series and take part in an important conversation about farming, family, loss, depression, resilience, and rural mental health.
