Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation President Dan Glessing joined staff from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and business and agriculture leaders from across the state on a trade and business trip to Denmark and Sweden Sept. 27-Oct. 3.

The delegation met with government, business and economic development leaders to strengthen international partnerships and advance Minnesota's leadership in agriculture, health care innovation, clean technology, higher education and advanced manufacturing.

The trip highlighted Minnesota as a destination for business investment while providing opportunities to discuss innovation, trade and economic development with leaders. Participants hope to see opportunities for Minnesota companies and workers while strengthening connections that support long-term economic growth.
