Have you heard of dirty sodas? These fizzy drinks—which are a base of soda with a splash of milk for creaminess—are a fun and festive drink you can serve up to both adults and kids at your next backyard barbecue.

Dirty Soda, Two Ways

Peach Fizz Dirty Soda

IngredientsPhoto of peach fizz dirty soda 1 fresh peach, sliced

2 Tbsp. peach syrup*

Club soda
Dash of vanilla extract

Splash of milk

Ice (optional)

Peach slice, for garnish

Directions

Cut a fresh peach into thick slices, setting one slice aside for a garnish and placing the rest into a chilled glass. Pour the peach syrup over the peach slices to double up on the fruity flavor. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently mash the peaches and release their juices. Fill the glass almost to the top with club soda, then add a dash of vanilla extract and a splash of milk. Gently mix the ingredients until combined. Perch the reserved peach slice on the rim of your glass and say cheers to your new go-to afternoon treat!
