Developing Agricultural Leaders

The Young Farmers & Ranchers (YF&R) Program provides opportunities for young farmers and ranchers, ages 18-35, to actively participate in programming to help them grow into leaders within Farm Bureau, other agriculture organizations and their communities.

Young farmers and ranchers hold an important role for the future of agriculture. One of the most impactful pieces of Minnesota Farm Bureau is its dedicated leaders and volunteers. Becoming involved in YF&R provides younger generations opportunities to grow their skillsets and networks, leading to influential leaders ready to make a difference.  YF&R also provides social events, education, and competitions that recognize young leaders in Farm Bureau.
