Young Farmers & Ranchers | Minnesota Farm Bureau
Minnesota Farm Bureau’s Young Farmers & Ranchers program supports young agricultural professionals, ages 18-35, through leadership development, advocacy, and networking opportunities. Members participate in programs, competitions, and events that help them grow as leaders in agriculture and their communities.

Young farmers and ranchers hold an important role for the future of agriculture. Becoming involved in YF&R provides younger generations opportunities to grow their skillsets and networks, leading to influential leaders ready to make a difference. YF&R also provides social events, education, and competitions that recognize young leaders in Farm Bureau.
